2.) Fill out the 3 Cupcakes Blog Design Order Form Please fill out as much as you can on the order form. It is important that we have a general idea of what you're looking for in your design. While I can supply some ideas and suggestions, it would really help in the initial design phase to have something concrete to work with. Thank you!
3.) We'll send you a paypal invoice for the deposit of $40.00

4.) The design process begins!
Design Process
1.) Once the deposit is paid we will email you a custom 3 Cupcakes Blog Design storyboard of concepts & ideas for your design.
2.) Upon your approval we will design a rough draft of your blog design and email it to you for approval. (Please see "Revisions" for design changes.)
3.) After receiving your feedback from the rough draft your finalized design will be completed and once again emailed to you for approval. (Please see "Revisions" for design changes.)
4.) We will send you the remaining amount for your design package via a PayPal invoice. Once the invoice is paid, your final design will be installed.
* The Cupcake Packages do not include Blogger support.
** You will need a Blogger and Photobucket account, they are both free.
*** At this time we are not designing for print (example:business cards, hang tags, etc)
**** If you want a scapbook look to your design, the cost of the scrap kit and license fee will be added to your total amount.
TERMS
Payment
We accept all payments via paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to pay your deposit or final package fee. We will send you an invoice and it can be paid using the "guest checkout" option with paypal.
Refunds
No refunds will be given. If you cancel your design package, your deposit is non-refundable. Chargebacks will not be tolerated and we will pursue legal action against chargebacks. We offer fabulous customer service and we'll work together to create a site you'll love!
Copyright
All copyright information must stay intact within your blog design, this includes 3 Cupcakes Blog Design logos and links as well as any third party links.
The design may not be altered in anyway. No other designer may cut up or alter the design or use any of the graphic elements included in the design.
Gallery/Portfolio
We reserve the right to showcase the completed design in our Cupcake Gallery/Portfolio.
Privacy
We will need access to your Blogger/Photobucket accounts, this includes log-in information. All of your information will remain confidential.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your design for any reason, there are no refunds.
Picture/Logo Use
If you have a photograph or pre existing logo you MUST be the legal owner of this image for us to be able to use it in your design.
Wait List
We schedule 1-2 blog designs per week. All of our communication is via email, so if clients respond quickly, designs can be finished and installed quickly!
Revisions
Rough Draft Phase: Up to 3 minor revisions are allowed.
Finalized Design Phase: Up to 2 minor revisions are allowed.
If you exceed the number of allowed revisions, there will be a charge of $35.00/hour.
**We reserve the right to refuse design services.**
